About Horne Brothers Carpets Ltd
We started the business in 1996. The size of the premises we purchased back then no longer gives the passer by any idea of the extent of our operation. Not only do we happily continue to carry out small domestic estimates and fittings but we also accept much larger projects. Annually we lay in excess of 120,000 square metres of carpet - that is enough to cover 140 football pitches!
In 2004 we were awarded the contract to supply and fit the floor coverings for the prestigious student accomodation at the JunXion in Lincoln. Then, in 2005, we were awarded the contract for Lincoln's 900 bedroom Ruston Way student accommodation. This was subsequently followed by a further contract in 2006 to carpet 580 rooms at the new Pavilions student accomodation. We also continue to supply and fit carpets and floor coverings at all of Lincolnshire's Royal Air Force stations.
Ten years on, we have opened a new shop and are now looking forward to providing a first class service to the people of Bourne and the surrounding area.
